A successful delivery starts with checking the route and installation position for your chosen hot tub. Agree access, preparation and the full delivery arrangements before committing to a date.
Photograph the unloading point, gates, passages, bends, steps, slopes and final position. Note narrow points and overhead restrictions such as eaves, cables and branches. The tub’s dimensions alone do not establish whether our handling equipment can pass through a route.
We offer free in-person access checks within a 40-mile radius of the Liverpool showroom. Outside that radius, send photographs and a walkthrough video for initial advice. This is separate from our 80-mile local delivery and aftercare area. We confirm what is practical for the individual address.
Some routes need a different handling method, temporary fence removal or specialist lifting. Any permissions, contractor arrangements and additional charges must be agreed in advance. Do not book a crane or promise access through a neighbour’s property before the route has been assessed.
The base must meet the manufacturer’s requirements for the fully loaded tub. Allow access to equipment panels and room for the cover and lifter. Arrange electrical work with a qualified electrician using the exact model instructions; our electrical preparation guide explains what to provide.
Ask for written confirmation of delivery, positioning, installation, filling, handover and any extra charges included in your order. Access constraints, specialist lifting and the agreed installation package can affect the total. Supplier availability is not an agreed delivery date.
Send your postcode, chosen model, route measurements and photographs through WhatsApp. For larger equipment, see the swim-spa range and discuss its handling requirements separately.
