How the guide price is calculated
Standard relocation: £350 for up to 50 total miles, then £1 per mile thereafter, up to 100 miles total. Mileage is based on the route from our showroom to the collection address, then to the relocation address, then back to our showroom.
Same garden move: £150 fixed guide price for repositioning a hot tub within the same property / garden, before any size or crane charges.
Mileage always rounds up to the next 10 miles where mileage applies. This is a guide price and is subject to photos of access.

What does the guide price include?
Standard relocations start at £350 for up to 50 total route miles, including the journey from our Liverpool showroom and back. Larger tubs, extra mileage and cranes add to the guide price. We confirm the final price after reviewing access.
Can you move a hot tub I’ve bought second-hand?
Yes. We can collect from the seller and move it to your property. Ask for the tub’s dimensions and photos of the collection access before agreeing your move.
What photos do you need?
Photograph the hot tub, its dimensions and the complete route to the road at both addresses. Include gates, narrow gaps, steps, slopes, overhead obstacles and parking. A short walkthrough video is helpful too.
What if I need a crane or a longer-distance move?
Tell us what you know. We can arrange a crane where needed and confirm the costs. Routes over 100 total miles need an individual quote; the calculator’s figure is only a starting point.
How do I book?
