Planning delivery to Lancashire
From an online shortlist to a planned delivery
Use the town guides for Preston, Ormskirk and Clitheroe to start planning. For other Lancashire addresses, send the full postcode, model shortlist and access photographs. Include rural approaches or long drives where relevant.
Your access checklist
- Full delivery postcode and chosen model.
- Photos from the unloading point to the base, including gates, turns and steps.
- Base measurements and space for the cover and service panels.
- Any planned building work that could change the route.
For a swim spa, discuss the unloading and positioning plan early. Ask a qualified electrician to check the supply against the requirements of the exact model before installation.
We agree the delivery date, positioning arrangements and any delivery, installation or specialist lifting charges for your address.

Buying questions for Lancashire
Do you deliver to Lancashire?
Yes. Our coverage includes Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Ormskirk, the Fylde coast, Lancaster, Morecambe, Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Accrington, Clitheroe, Nelson and Colne. Delivery dates, access arrangements and any charges are agreed for the property.
Where should I start if my Lancashire town has no separate page?
The same product range is available across our confirmed Lancashire coverage. Browse current models and share your postcode; you do not need a separate town page to arrange delivery, servicing or repairs.
Can I see the hot tub before ordering?
Yes. Visit our Liverpool showroom at 15 Summers Road, L3 4BL. We have one showroom in Liverpool; local delivery coverage does not mean there is a branch in every town. Call ahead if you want to inspect a particular model.
Can I reserve online or pay in full?
Yes. Choose a model and its available options on the product page, then reserve for £99 towards the total price or pay in full. The team confirms the delivery arrangements with you.
