Planning delivery to Wilmslow
Coordinate delivery with landscaping
If your tub will sit beneath a pergola or within decking, agree access to the cabinet and the cover-opening space before construction. For swim spas, discuss unloading and positioning early; the larger footprint changes the installation plan.
Your access checklist
- Full delivery postcode and chosen model.
- Photos from the unloading point to the base, including gates, turns and steps.
- Base measurements and space for the cover and service panels.
- Any planned building work that could change the route.
For a swim spa, discuss the unloading and positioning plan early. Ask a qualified electrician to check the supply against the requirements of the exact model before installation.
We agree the delivery date, positioning arrangements and any delivery, installation or specialist lifting charges for your address.
Reserve today for £99
Choose your hot tub, swim spa or sauna and select the available colour or option. Reserve online for £99 towards the total price, or choose to pay in full. Delivery arrangements are confirmed with you.
The £99 reservation is part of the purchase price, not the full cost of the product.
See the quality before you buy.
Visit our Liverpool showroom to compare the seats and finish. We keep a display tub open so you can inspect the components and insulated pipework.

Buying questions for Wilmslow
Do you deliver to Wilmslow?
Yes. Our coverage includes Alderley Edge and Wilmslow in Cheshire, plus Hale and Altrincham in Greater Manchester. Delivery dates, access arrangements and any charges are agreed for the property.
Can a hot tub be installed within decking?
Plan the exact model, cover movement and access to service panels before building around it. A recessed installation needs an agreed maintenance and drainage plan as well as a way to position the tub.
Can I see the hot tub before ordering?
Yes. Visit our Liverpool showroom at 15 Summers Road, L3 4BL. We have one showroom in Liverpool; local delivery coverage does not mean there is a branch in every town. Call ahead if you want to inspect a particular model.
Can I reserve online or pay in full?
Yes. Choose a model and its available options on the product page, then reserve for £99 towards the total price or pay in full. The team confirms the delivery arrangements with you.
